New Moon Rising is Trevor Krueger's dedicated hour for the artists who are just getting started — the independent musicians releasing their first records, dropping their most exciting work yet and building careers that the rest of the world is only beginning to notice. Trevor has been finding new music long before it was a lifestyle. He trusts his ears, ignores the hype cycles and brings a genuine passion for discovery to every show.

The scope is deliberately global. Indie music is not a single sound or scene — it's a spirit, and that spirit turns up in every corner of the world. One week Trevor might be playing a bedroom-recorded folk artist from Norway; the next, an indie-pop collective from Lagos or a lo-fi singer-songwriter from rural Japan. If it's independently made, genuinely compelling and new, it belongs on this show.

Most importantly, New Moon Rising follows careers over time.
